A new concept launching in Southampton, Venezuelan food to take away. Meal Box Southampton was using a word of mouth strategy to get orders. They approached HBLC to create their online presence with a strategy that generates sales.

WHAT WE DID

To respect the budget of our client, in the early stage of their business, we offered our optimisation package with an add-on of content creation. These services were the perfect combination to find our client’s brand voice and build their digital strategy. 

 

Additionally, once we created eye-catching content of their menu, our optimisation package 

helped them understand social media platform so they could develop their online presence on Instagram and Facebook.

RESULTS

6 months after our services, Meal Box Southampton has extended the team to handle all the orders they are now receiving. By applying our strategy with consistency, and without spending in ads, PR and Influencer marketing, they have successfully built an engaged audience of 1200 quality followers, whose most of them are loyal customers.
